Question for New Jerseyians:

Lots of questions for you:

I'd like to file a complaint against a Texas based telemarketing firm which is using a New Jersey phone number to gather opinions for conservative causes. When asked if they were affiliated with Republican or Democrats they stated, "No, we're an independant organization." But their webpage says otherwise.

Does anyone have advice?
