In ND you have to do something really wrong to get voted out of office...it isn't even so much the R or D by the name as it is the I for incumbent.

Hoeven hasn't done enough to enrage people on his own, and the Dem-NPL picked the candidate least likely to disturb the situation.
Satrom was the wrong guy to pick and we'll be paying for it straight through November.
