1) They need to build a building that's more than 6 stories tall in Grand Forks. I don't think any building there is over 6 stories for some odd reason. Hell, Minot has buildings of 14, 9 and 8 feet.
2) They need to start building more high-rise buildings in Fargo. Let's build one taller than the State Capitol. Let's build a 25-story office or residential/condo tower downtown. Or at least a couple of 15-story buildings.
I guess I'm just bored...

The Columbia Towers apartments must be 8 or 10 stories in Grand Forks. :-)

although when it comes to BIG cities, I prefer a layout like NYC to the twin citites. It's nice to be able to traverse the city in 20 minutes on public transportation.

but by building outward, you destroy more natural prairie (if there is any left), wildlife habitats, and even crop land. Build UP!!
