| Maureen Dowd: "Ohio, Ohio, Ohio" |
|
When asked by Tim Russert on "Meet the Press" (just a few minutes ago) to project the election outcome, The New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd, said "OHIO, OHIO, OHIO; that's what it all comes down to".
We have our work cut out for us, Buckeyes. Let's go get 'em!

and I didn't see even one bush* sign. I saw a few for Kerry and lots of Kerry bumperstickers, and I even saw a Nader bumpersticker and right above it was Calvin pi**ing on bush*. :-) I think we'll get Ohio, I really do! :-)

North West Ohio has always been the Red-headed stepchild in Ohio politics.

...and the county I'm in, Lucas, is heavily Democratic. We went for Gore in 2000 IIRC, and will go for Kerry in '04!

| 2. Yes! Sensibility at last.... |

all we need to do is hold on to the states Al Gore carried and pick up either Ohio or West Virginia! And then, O happy day! Goodbye to * and his evil entourage. Even if we lose Iowa, New Mexico, AND Oregon, we could still win by picking up Ohio. That's the state that matters, all right. :bounce:

| 5. Gore made a big mistake when he gave up on Ohio... |
|
a couple weeks before the election in 2000.
Let's hope Kerry knows that Ohio is a swing state and is very important. I hope he keeps coming back, including the week before the election.
With the terrible jobs picture in Ohio and the worthless repukes running the state, he has a good chance of carrying Ohio.
With Diebold a strong presence in Ohio, Kerry needs to build an extra wide margin here in Ohio.
Go Ohio!!!
