(on edit -- I meant this as a reply to Poli's reply to my post about the Bush fundraiser.)
Neither Booosh nor the Ohio elected officials will be much "seen" with BlacKKKwell -- this is a turn-out-the-faithful-that-got-big-bucks event.
Like it or not -- and I suspect Montgomery, Petro, & Taft don't like it at all -- J. Kenneth is their nominee. If the Good Ship Repuke sinks, they all go down with it. They will hold their collective blue nose and support BlacKKKwell.
By the way, I think there's a song here:
“Has anyone here, seen my old friend Betty? Can you tell me where’s she’s gone? She decided to be A.G. But Marc Dann dashed her dreams, And I looked and she was gone.
Has anyone here, seen my old friend Jim? Can you tell me where he’s gone? He wanted to be Governor But the wingnuts said “No way!” Next we knew, he was gone.
Has anyone here, seen my good friend Bobby? Can you tell me where he's gone? He didn't report his golf trips But he did not go to jail I just looked around and he was gone.
Has anyone here, seen my old bud Kenny? He was so good at his craft. But Ted Strickland sent him down the tubes, With Montgomery, Petro, & Taft” :hippie:
