Lawsuit on provisional ballots
Just rec'd this e-mail from Greg Lestini


Greetings,
I wanted to give you all a heads up regarding a law suit that will be filed today. I do not have the specifics yet, but the Ohio Democratic Party and the Sandusky Democratic Party will be filing in opposition to Blackwell's directive on provisional ballots. Senator Fedor will be making remarks at a press conference in Columbus. We wanted everyone to be aware of the situation and appreciate all your support of voting reform in Ohio.
