But Trujillo won't say what he was asked

Former City Solicitor Ken Trujillo testified yesterday afternoon before a federal grand jury investigating possible municipal corruption in city contracts.
Trujillo refused to discuss his testimony afterward, instead joking that the grand jurors wanted to know if the Phillies would win the pennant this year. He also declined to answer that question.
Attorneys from a private law firm, hired by the city to represent Law Department employees during grand jury testimony, said Trujillo had been there as an "informational witness only."
Among the issues the grand jury is investigating is the case of Bowman Properties, a Chestnut Hill real-estate partnership that fell behind in city taxes.
