There is a small reconciliation between the two houses of the legislature that should occur on Tuesday. Then the bill is off to the Governor's desk.

The bill bans DREs and institutes mandatory random manual audits of at least 3% of ballots in all counties, to be in place no later than 2010. We will still push for implementation (in at least some counties, including Davidson) before then.
