I think Deep Ellum took a turn for the worse when it became a place for underaged High School kids to roam the streets at night. They aren't old enough to go in any clubs and they can't afford the restaurants. At one point there were more people <21 on the streets that >21.

It's never a good idea to have this supply of underaged kids where us adults go to get plastered. T - R - O - U - B - L - E.

I'm more into lower Greenville now.
