Austin get together this weekend (March 4ish)

I know a bunch of folks are coming down for the fillibuster thingy. Figured we should start a thread to organize a little gathering after it's all over. Who's up for a pub crawl? :)

1. I might be strongarmed into a beverage or two

2. I'll be in San Antone tomorrow

and Austin tomorrow night at Mother Egan's for the DFA meetup -- or is it Keep Austin Blue? And back at the Capitol for a press avail after Donna Howard's swearing-in on Thursday. Friday and Saturday will be kinda hectic.

After the Filibuster concludes, Sue and I will be heading back to H-Town shortly thereafter. So maybe dinner and one for the road.

3. I'm pretty sure tomorrow is DFA

Keep Austin Blue was a couple of weeks ago. But it doesn't matter. It's all the same good Democrats getting together at the best little pub in town. It's all good. :)

If we're really lucky it'll be a victory party for Katy Hubener. W00t!

I look forward to finally start joining up for these. Starting a new job in Austin. But my apartment won't be ready til early April. WOW, its getting tough, tough, tough, to find places close in to downtown.
