Bloggers' Caucus at the state party convention

They're looking at Friday afternoon at the Flying Saucer. This appears to conflict with some of the convention caucuses and meetings (and I have voted for Thursday as a result).

Does anyone know when we decided to have our DU caucus at the Flying Saucer? Was it Friday night?

The calendar is filling up already...

1. It doesn't seem like any time is super ideal

I think Thursday is maybe too early. I imagine lots of people can't arrive early enough. Sunday is obviously too late.

2. Friday at 6:00 over dinner?

Then we dovetail into DU's caucus at 7:30?

That way people can go to various parties in the early evening, then goto DU till late at night.

3. There'll be anywhere from fifty to a hundred

at this bloggers' caucus. DVO is going to make an appearance there for sure. I think they're going for Friday afternoon (though I wish they wouldn't -- too much going on).

Friday at 6 pm is the Convention's call to order. Bell speaks that night. We'll be there until 9 or 10 p.m. Drinking will commence afterward (John).

8 a.m. Permanent Convention Committees Meet, Convention Center (Rules, Platform, Resolutions and Nominations for SDEC and Party Officers)

8:30 a.m. Blue Star Breakfast, Convention Center (Reserve your seat now! Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased here)

9:30 a.m. Workshops, Convention Center

11 a.m. Convention reconvenes, Convention Center
