Voter Registration Deadline

I believe that the deadline for new Texas voters wishing to vote in the 2004 elections is October 3rd. I'm just reminding Texas residents about the deadline.

Also, I believe that early voting starts in mid-October, around the 18th. I would strongly urge my fellow Democrats to vote early so they won't have to deal with the hassles of long lines on Election Day and so they won't run the risk of some crisis running interference with the time they'd planned to use going to the polls in November.
