| Tarrant County - Vets for Kerry Caravan and Presidential Debate Watch |
|
I wanted to pass on this information to those who might be in the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton area this evening...
The Veterans for Kerry Caravan will be at Trinity Park Pavilion on 7th Street (a few blocks from TCDP Headquarters and across the street from the old Montgomery Wards Building) at 5:30 PM. We'll have Kerry gear, buttons, yard signs, bumper stickers, and flashing donkeys at the TCDP table. Admission is free, folks! No suggested donation. (The Vets will be joining us at Bandera's, too!) Retired Gen. Tommy Daniels is the Fort Worth coordinator for this event, but you can also call TCDP HQ 817-335-8683 for more complete details, or if you want to help.

TCDP First Presidential Debate Watch Party at Banderas on the Boulevard. Come to downtown Fort Worth to watch the debate the Republicans won't want you to see. Come for food and fun with fellow Democrats at 7 PM. Relax on the patio and enjoy happy hour. The veterans will be joining Tarrant County Democrats at Bandera's for the Debate Watch Party, too. So show them some good Fort Worth spirit, and buy a vet a drink! Join us at 4255 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. Make a $20 donation at the door to benefit the Tarrant County Democratic Party, or treat a Vet from the Caravan to dinner! But join us for the fun!
