| Best story from yesterday |
|
My precinct votes at a high school. In the afternoon, a group of students (either track team or a PE class) came running by in formation, to the cadence of "Obama! Obama! Obama!"
Hillary people started harassing them & one woman yelled "You stupid kids don't know anything & besides you're too young to vote, so shut up!" At which point, the kids stopped running & one of them looked at her & yelled back "I'm 18 & I voted for Obama." They then ran on, again to their cadence of "Obama! Obama! Obama!"
The kids here get it.

| 1. Great story, it appears some of the Clinton supporters are turning on our voters |
|
 As long as they support Hillary then they are welcomed. But if not then they are treated with disrespect.
I wish this was OVER.

One thing I notice in the exit polls was the people who said that they'd be happy with either candidate winning, or expressed the belief that either candidate would be qualified tended to vote for Obama. I think it explains why there is more rancor coming from the Clinton camp. They tend to be the more polarized voters. I don't know what they're going to do if Obama wins the nomination.

| 3. Well the Clinton supporters at our caucus were very rude and tried to intimidate us |
|
It was really an eye opener. We were trying to do the best we could under the circumstances. One old lady held up her fist shaking it at my hubby.
We weren't elected officials, my precinct chair didn't show up, never returned my phone calls or emails. He should have had an alternate, but he did not have anyone to fill his seat.
No one in my precinct had ever been to a caucus, myself included, but I did attempt to educate myself about the process. I don't know what would have happened if we weren't there. We even recruited a supporter from the other camp to make sure everything was on the up and up.
Several of the Hillary supporters threatened to leave, hubby told to feel free to do so, and they then accused him of disenfranchising them.:eyes:
I was also accused of altering the sign in sheets after I got home.
And no I didn't alter anything. I believe in democracy enough not to do such a thing, even though my preferred candidate had less delegates.
