that might be filed by Gov. White (wishful thinking on my part)??? Last I read, White was going to hire Delay's attorney (not sure if that was a good idea)for the lawsuit. Can't find any other information regarding this today :)

P.S. Did you guys see where Richard Williams, the guy that's on this ? Tech Fund committee is associated with TXU Energy??? If this little big of information doesn't cause people to open their eyes, nothing will.

a Democrat, LOL! But, it's really a shame that the viewers of this state can't get any local network airplay on this (at least I haven't seen anything). It seems Dictator Perry (or should I say the Republican machine) owns everything and everyone in this state.
