1. Yes we fail!
Never mind that we already have some of the highest dropout rates in the country and some of the highest teen pregnancy rates, AND our population is growing - Texas cuts money from education to "improve it". Failure is actually too bland a word to describe it. It is a tsuanimi waiting to slap us within a decade - big time.

Some stations need to lay off on the cute bullet outlines and focus on the basics, like spelling.
