He was Lt Governor for a while in the early 90's and he ran for governor once too, dont know who really else is available, of our three congressmen I dont think Moran, Scott, or Boucher have senate ambitions, and if John Warner retires in 2008, I predict they will run a guy like Kilgore who is a christian right conservative like George Allen, I am not what you'd call a John Warner fan but hes different than George Allen and a better senator.
