DU visitor coming to Seattle...question

anyone want to go on a hot springs trip with us? we won't have a car, we'll be there for our 15th anniversary. Just two nice DUers.

2. which hot springs?

Olympic, think SolDuc is closed but not sure, Harrison (up in BC) are the 3 I know of.

Last time I was there it was 1987 and we had to cross a river on a fallen tree and hike for awhile. the hot spring was a cave. I remember feeling so good for a long time afterwards. i just wanted to do it again. any ideas any suggetions would be great. would you want to hook up any how?

4. That would be Goldmire hot springs

on the north fork of the Snoqualmie river, I haven't been there in years.. It was a great place ,, It is a section of private property in the middle of the National Forest, so I'm not sure about access. I'll check into it.

5. Did you jump in the river in-between soaks?

We used to go there on full moons and sit in the cave with candels, howling.

goldmeyer. they have a website. for some reason they named me "Baldingskull". I don't know why. My friend and I went with these "Course in Miracles" people and we were city girls with hang ups, they all stripped naked and we decided to wear bathing suits. Everyone had a great time except we were the only ones who got bronchitis. it was 50 degrees outside. the springs were hot and so great.
