i would just like to thank Metro & the City of Seattle for the awesome job they did in getting me home last night. 8 miles in only 2.5 hours, and i only had to walk the last 2 miles!

who says this city needs crews to plow & sand the roads?

2. I was stuck on a bus on I-5 for quite a while

going northbound. Our bus (41) eventually got off at the Bus 66 route, but every time he tried to let someone off before the Northgate Transit Center, the jerks on the bus started booing.

i was on a bus with sheep. jerks would have been a nice change.

Yes, the sheep are bothersome, but the bus driver was trying to keep us in good spirits, and to do the best he could under the circumstances (MNF game, bus too full, freeway at a standstill) - the last thing he needs is a bunch of arrogant passengers who really think that it's not worth their time for their fellow passengers to get off the bus closer to home than they otherwise would, thanks to the driver. I really have no patience with people like that. (Don't get me started on the woman who claimed to be carsick and kept opening the window when it was 20 degrees out.....)
