Also best not to sleep on the second floor. KIRO's weather girl said it was going to be the equivalent of a Category 1 hurricane. Batten down anything that might fly away. Be safe, all. Don't drive tonight if you can avoid it.

The worst of it was on the Canadian side. Couple damaged trees in the neighborhood but that is about it! Stayed off computer in case the elctricity went out but it just flickered.

5. They just closed the 520 bridge

According to Q13 news, the DOT may keep it closed through rush hour, possibly as late as noon tomorrow. We still have power (obviously) but our lights have been flashing for hours. Everyone stay safe out there...
