A veteran juvenile parole officer who helped a youth buy clothes for school was handled roughly by police and then, days later, after she went public with complaints about this treatment, was charged with assaulting the police officers. Her arraignment is tomorrow in Seattle Municipal court and she can use supporters there.

There was no reason to suspect him of theft. Instead of going to school, he ended up spending the night in jail -- for jaywalking! When the parole officer tried to help the boy, she was physically restrained. When she complained about the incident, days later, the police arrested her for assault. Her arraignment is tomorrow -- Seattle Municipal Court at 9AM. She can use supporters there.
