3. Well...

It's snowing in North Central Washington as I type. It started about 9am and we have a winter storm warning in effect till later tonight. This has been the warmest winter I can remember in a long time, and we had tulips coming up in February, no snow since December, and then I only plowed twice, and now they say we could get 3 to 5 inches below 3000 ft level, and up to 8 or more over the 3000 foot level. I live at about 1200 ft and it's not really sticking, yet.
