Full-Time Position in Seattle
The Western Washington Fellowship of Reconciliation (WWFOR) is actively seeking a highly skilled Peace/Justice/Nonviolence Organizer to work full-time based in its busy Seattle office beginning December 1, 2004.
The new staff person will organize, coordinate and serve FOR members and chapters throughout the western half of Washington state, and promote effective grassroots activities for peace, social justice and nonviolence consistent with FOR values and priorities. The Organizer will also manage the WWFOR office, recruit and supervise volunteers, and provide administrative support for WWFOR’s organizational needs.
The position requires a deep commitment to principled nonviolence and strong skills in grassroots organizing.
The full-time job’s annual salary is $24,600 per year plus $3,600 toward health care. Complete application information is available from www.scn.org/wwfor
