| Just heard on local news -- Nader off ballot in Wisconsin? |
|
Apparently, the same sorts of shenanigans concerning his nomination papers that have been alleged in other states were alleged here. A judge just ruled that he should be left off the ballot this November, but is staying the ruling for the time being to allow Nader supporters to appeal.
Heard on WISC-TV, Madison, 6pm newscast.

IIRC, absentee ballots are to be sent out by Saturday according to law.

| 4. Stu Levitan mentioned that... |
|
I heard that last night on Stu Levitan's show on 92.1 in madtown...Stu made a comment that diehard Nader voters might not show up at all, and could cost Feingold and Baldwin some votes. It's certainly possible, though I don't know if the number would be that significant. Interesting observation nonetheless....
