| Visiting Milwaukee with my sibs...guide me! |
|
I was born in Waukesha and moved to Colorado when I was in elementary school...My older sisters and I are visiting for four days next week. What should we do?
Our relatives are all over Racine & Kenosha, so we have a "Kringle Krawl" planned...Bendtsen's, O & H, maybe Larsen's and Lehman's.
Thanks! We're staying in Brookfield.

| 3. Southern Kettle Moraine...??? |

either Paradise Springs, just west of Eagle (take hwy 59, then cth N north) or that forest across hwy ZZ from the Ottawa Lake Rec Area just west of hwy 67.
Then go someplace and pick apples. Look for Honeycrisps -- they're semi-ugly but they're the juiciest, tastiest apples you'll find anywhere.
There's a fairly new restaurant on Hwy 50 just west of I-94 outside of Kenosha by the outlet mall, I forget the name but it has "Grill" in the name, that I can recommend. There's an all-you-can-eat seafood/fish buffet Friday nights.
