'Dead smile' website features Harper

The picture of Stephen Harper gripping a kitten was a dead giveaway that there's a Canadian behind the web phenomenon Smile Like You're Dead Inside (http://smiledead.com/).

Ryan Pequin, a 25-year-old illustration and design student at Capilano University in B.C., is part of the continental collaboration that created the site.

He calls the Prime Minister "the perfect example of how I envision the concept: a genuinely dead-inside politician grinning robotically and weirdly gripping a kitten in a pathetic attempt to appear human."
