Of course the US and Canada have military agreements. Doesn't mean we are going to annex Canada.

All governments have contingency plans for attacks.

3. Have not read the article and imagine it is filled with spooky nonsense.

But then again, as I sit here smoking away at my Cuban Cigar, and reading all the 19th Century books from the family library to keep up with the neocons.. I am reminded that never was there such a good boost to the economy in the 19th Century but the annexation of another resource filled land.
