Also, it is of interest that people in most professions which can have a big impact on people's lives (doctors, teachers, psychologists, researchers who work with people, lawyers, etc.) are supposed to follow strict formal codes of ethics; while the reality TV producers seem to get away with anything. There ought to be some sort of professional Registers for TV producers and paparazzi, with the possibility of being Struck Off.

6. OTOH, I am glad that this has shown that every now and then talent can be recognized...

even in someone who is not conventionally attractive; has some learning difficulties; etc.

OTOH, her vulnerabilities are already being exploited by the media sharks. Quite shameful IMO.
