http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/video/2009/jun/21/fit-watch-kingsnorth-arrestsShe is lucky it was 2008, otherwise her photography would have been classed as terrorism and she would have probably been under house arrest.

Fascism isn't the only state formation with an authoritarian nature. Nonetheless the footage is yet another example of the political nature of the police force.

The woman in that video would this year be arrested for terrorism offences because of her photography. That makes it many times worse than the Guardian is actually highlighting.
D-Notice was deliberately breaking this law. His work commitments have stopped him according to his blog.

Using their *own* footage, the police identified and homed in on two people who were not committing any crime whatsoever in order to rough up and illegally arrest & imprison them.
Note that on at least two occasions, the police cameraman called out to his colleagues that their actions were being recorded - thus preventing any escalation of the violence that they were already committing.
Frightening.
