Is First Secretary of State ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/election2010/liveevent/). That means if Clegg isn't pandering to Cameron, he'll be out and Hague will take over.

This looks like a title to keep Hague sweet, after he's been the effective number 2 in the Tories.
It was a question what Clegg would actually be doing from day to day; it seems he's in charge of 'political reform', ie the AV referendum, Lords reform, 5 year parliament etc.
