At least until he testifies? Good grief, he's going to have his butt handed to him. Trial lawyers live for these kinds of finds for cross examination. I always ask people in depositions whether they've ever invented anything and get the most bizarre answers so that I can make them look like idiots in front of the jury. My favorite was the guy who's invented a device to talk to aliens with. What's with combining a voter fraud professional statistical analysis and a poetry site?!
