Does anyone know where Arnebeck is?

What is the status of his lawsuit? This is our best chance to affect the outcome and we are running out of time. The suspense is literally killing me. :crazy:

he wants to wait to reduce the time they have to counter attack, especially if what he has is as good as he implies. Basically using their own game against them as well as giving the public more time to become aware?
