Is the MSM "waiting" for something big and solid for them to join in?

My father in law, who has been in Democratic politics most of his adult life, even ran for congress once but lost in Oklahoma, said that he "heard" that the MSM was waiting to go after this story until something "big" came out. Now I don't know who he "heard" it from, but it is interesting that he even mentioned it since I have been trying to convince him of election fraud and have shown him quite a bit of "evidence" from these boards that I've gotten to convince him. (evidence is in quotes because so far with the exception of the Arnebeck case, it isn't legally evidence yet, as far as being entered into evidence).

Just a thought as I thought his comment was interesting given the MSM silence.

1. I would say that based on the errors the MSM made

during the election cycle such as Rathergate and other stories, they will wait for substantial proof and evidence before they report on it. Since they were the ones who paid for the exit polls and probably have more information from Mitosky them has been released, they can not base there reports on the difference in the exit polls which they were part of.

argues that at least 130,656 votes were stolen from Kerry and given to Bush by means of high-tech vote stealing. How could it be done? Cell-phone technology can be used to contact modems in the voting machines to change tallies. Anyone who can hack into a Windows-based PC can hack into a central tabulator and alter the vote totals by as much as they wish. Programs can be written into punch card readers, optical scan readers, and touchscreen machines that will flip as many votes as needed from Kerry to *. Way more than enough votes to win Ohio were stolen by means of high-tech vote fraud, refusing to count acceptable provisional ballots, suppressing the votes of 10,000's of voters, and intimidating voters. If we really lived by the Voting Rights legislation Ohio would re-vote, allowing for all registered voters to cast a vote on a paper ballot.

Just because the margin wasn't close does NOT mean that it was not stolen. I used to believe that was true, but now we have evidence that it is not. If the Florida programmer Clinton Curtis could write software that would ensure that the candidate of choice got at least 51% of the votes -- it would be easy to make sure that they got 53% or 56% -- some nice total that would make everyone very, very testy at the prospect of 100% hand recounts (which is exactly what needs to be done in Ohio).

49. Shoot, the tabulator CPU I witnessed had a damn ROUTER on it

when I questioned the router, the response I got was "this is only so it can be part of our internal network, our main database, so everyone can have access to it...only in this office though"

I then asked how their LAN was connected to the Internet. They had no clue. I asked if they used XP, Terminal Services, Linux, Novel....no one "knew" what I was talking about.

I did see the Novel startup screen however during a point of the machine recount.

Stupid people...if any computer in the "internal office" was connected to the Internet, so was that dang tabulation CPU. Stupid.

It was about the protestors at the Republican convention - incredible! It said there were, like half a million people in the streets protesting. (Don't quote me on that number, but it was definitely huge.) I couldn't believe the film they were showing of the streets just absolutely FILLED with people.

MSM reported that there were protestors, and reported about them being detained longer than they should have, but looking back on it now that I've seen the pictures of just HOW MANY people protested, I see that MSM chose not to report it responsibly. There is NO WAY that those guys even attempted to reflect in their reports the reality that was happening in the streets.

So, as much as we would like to think that MSM will someday report this, I don't think they will. They are part of it. Don't ask me when they got bought, but they are signed, sealed and delivered IMO.

At a meeting held 11/15 in Columbus, Ohio where I gave sworn testimony as to what
I saw before, on, and right after the election person after person said I pushed the button for Kerry and the light went on for bush. That got NO COVERAGE nationally and just a whisper on pg 6 of the metro section of the local paper. Not one local
station reported that story either. They did talk to the local head of the BOE who was
also head of the repug party before his current job. He is also responsible for the lack of voting machines in democratic areas. The press gave good coverage to his lies i.e. statements.

We are fucked. The recount here is as dirty as the election.

Both you and your father in law have too much faith in the MSM. Look at all we have been through in the last 10 years - The Clinton/Lewinski witch hunts, Bush Election theft 2000, the build-up to the Iraq War, and of course the last presidential election and probable theft.

Look at it logically - Big Business (Corporations) are always searching for a way to make the most money. The MSM are owned by big business. Republicans are friendly to Big Business. Therefore, Big Business are friendly to Republicans.

Remember in Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 911" the footage of the 2000 Inaguration Parade protest and the Congressional Black Caucus pleading for a Senator to speak up? Most people I know were shocked by this footage because it wasn't seen on the MSM while it was happening.
