That they are going to go to every court they can find and whine about losing??? Even if that court has no jurisdiction, they'll whine and cry until they get their way.

Until someone stands up to them, and says something like "too bad, so sad", it'll just keep happening.

10. I don't think "sore losers" is correct.

To them, they think something fraudulent occured just as strongly as we do with respect to the presidential election.

While their fears are unfounded, and they have little evidence, to label them sore losers is to, in essence, say that anyone (including us!) should just shut up after an election.

The beauty of our judicial system is that it allows for the "sore loser" to have his day in court, and through discovery, see if his fears are substantiated or not.

I say let them file appeals. Let them have their day in court. Going through the process and having it discovered it was a clean election (on our side at least) will assuage their fears and add legitimacy to Gregoire's win.

implies that recounts are less secure than the original count. why is fraud not as possible in the first count?

with the Prez situation, on the other hand, we suspected fraud from the beginning, with the first count, not the recount. big diff. plus Rossi was against any recount at all, even though it was technically the law being so close, fighting even harder against the hand count, which was conducted after an even closer difference. so what gives? why would the recounts be more prone to fraud than the original count?

11. It seems the Rethugs don't like voting when it doesn't turn out

the way they want it. The attorney they had in the Washington SC, Korell, what was his name? He was pulling things out of thin air and obviously was more interested in keeping Rossi than counting votes. I say let the rat bastards keep it up, little do they know they are helping us out in court.

There seems to be one main poster named Lauri who lives in Washington. They used to have a forum just to attack DU but it was pulled for lack of interest,hee. Here is what she says:

Take down the names of every single one of them. They are likely the SAME ones that will need to be investigated for voter suppression issues and election tampering!
