Perhaps with his star wars program?? Didn't I here he was working on a satellite that could cause earth quakes??

I would not put it past him to try and create a diversion to make people forget that he stole the election again. I think if he had the capability, he would do it. especially if we use 9-11 as an example. Killing a few thousand people in order to keep the population asleep seems to be common practice.
