I just spoke to his office. Sen. Nelson has decided that the evidence of fraud is not "conclusive" and will therefore not vote to "overturn" the election.

The rules are quite simple. Once an objection is entered the joint session divides into house/senate, there is very limited debate (I think 10 minutes maximum for each and no one gets to speak twice) and they vote.

And what would they say? Maybe, "We don't have proof but if we had proof it would be convincing"?
