5. The federal lawsuit that the glibs and K/E have filed in Ohio

is still on going.

Arnebeck isn't done yet either. The AG seeking sanctions just gave them a forum to litigate their case. In order to find that they should be sanctioned, the court has to find that they never had a chance, so one would think that they now can subpoena and depose witnesses.

Arnebeck knew that election laws are so "narrow" in their purpose and the important dates had past without court consideration so he dismissed his case. He probably was trying to figure out what court to file in that provided his clients standing that would survive a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim.

Then along comes the AG and files for sanctions, well, it would seem that due process provides that he is entitle to show that the action was not frivilous, so he gets to subpoena and depose witnesses. I am not a lawyer so I may be projecting more possibilities than what he will be afforded, but I don't think so.

I hadn't heard any comments about the situation after the lawsuit was dropped.

It's grown beyond Ohio and it continues to grow everyday. I just hope it will finally get to the point where the MSM can't dismiss it any longer.

12. Yeah, it looks like at least seven other states

could be "interesting" in some ways, plus four or five more:
Florida
Nevada
New Mexico
Iowa
Colorado
Arkansas
--in all of those, Kerry had leads over Bush at various times, and also, in every one of them, there were odds and ends about things that happened. There are grounds for suspicion as to whether Bush carried them.
On top of that, there are four or five states that might not turn around, or aren't suspected of being wrongly credited to Bush, but where votes, etc., are "interesting": North Carolina--all those "glitches".
Then there's all that about those odd votes in rural Oklahoma.
And there's been a lot about New Orleans, Louisiana's power failure.
Bush was seldom above a Plurality in Virginia, either.
They found glitches in Indiana, and there were complaints in South Dakota that Native Americans were hassled and prevented from voting.
I think they were also wondering a bit about Kansas and Kentucky and there was something about Wyoming. There are odds and ends in those states, not enough to turn the states around, but things.
I am very depressed. (Well, I think therapists say to say "sad" not "depressed": "Depressed isn't a feeling.") I'm trying to write an article for FreePress.org about what may have happened here in AR, and my regular word processor was eaten off by a virus, so I'm having to go through changes to get it going.
Mostly, though, I'm depressed at how this CT guy is getting accused of carrying the South. Yuck. And now, the economy gets to shrink and shrink some more, instead of growing and expanding for all of us.
Is there really hope this legal activity could lead to an investigation? That's the most exciting thing I've heard lately.

24. CNN and MSNBC better watch out or they will just fade away.

They can't seem to see whats in front of their faces. Today there are so many news sources that people don't watch these news channels for the "news", they watch them to see the latests spin, the current status of news they already know about.

If either network would go rabid liberal their ratings would skyrocket. Instead, they do warmed over Faux news and do it badly. Faux's ratings are out the roof because conservatives watch them to confirm their opinions, and liberals watch them to see what the latest Repuke outrage is.

But CNN and MSNBC can't see the forest for the trees. It's like having twenty bookstores in a small town and no restaurants. People keep opening up more bookstores because they see all other bookstores doing well. Yet the new bookstores are losing money. They don't understand that if they opened a restaurant, fill a gaping niche, then they would make a profit.

Well, CNN's and MSNBC's ratings will continue to fall until they stop imitating Faux's conservative content.
