More vendors wining and dining SOSs at NASS national convention...aarrgghh

Are they blind to the fact that it is a major conflict of interest for the vendors to be wining and dining them? This is not the same as a company buying a new photocopy machine! Does security not even enter their MINDS? This is the govennment contracting out a service to private corporations that is supposedly to be, by law, open to public observation and monitoring.
