If a lawsuit is filed on Nov 24th, isn't that within the 10 day period?

I hope that Kerry's people are down there too. There has to be other avenues for a suit, the HAVA law for one...
But reading this really made me ill:
"Hood also:
• Successfully opposed Democrats' attempt to throw presidential candidate Ralph Nader off the ballot. Democrats blamed Nader for Al Gore's Florida loss in 2000. Although he remained on the ballot this year, Nader received just 32,971 votes.
• Tried to keep Democrats from naming a replacement for ailing candidate Jim Stork, dropped out of the race against U.S. Rep. Clay Shaw, R-Fort Lauderdale. A judge later allowed the Democrats to replace Stork with Robin Rorapaugh, but it was too late for her name to appear on the ballot. Shaw beat Rorapaugh by nearly 90,000 votes.
• Prevented the 15 counties that use touch-screen machines from having to provide a voter-verified paper trail, and kept county elections officials from having to accept incomplete voter registration applications, despite legal challenges from Democrats and civil rights groups.
'I was not active in any campaign,' Hood said. '... What I do as secretary of state in the Division of Elections area has nothing to do with politics and has everything to do with reaching out to every individual in this state, and that's exactly what I do. And we restored confidence in the elections process in Florida.'"
Really, Glenda? It has nothing to do with politics? I don't know how Bev has managed not to pop one of these liars.
