He didn't live in NY or NYC. He didn't grow up in this area and until a few years ago he didn't even work in the area.

Plexico shot himself in the leg and destroyed his career. For anyone else that would be enough.

14. If he didn't have enogh sense to register the gun

it makes me wonder if he knew how to use it. He's actually lucky it didn't shoot somebody else or he'd be looking at a lot stiffer penalty. I'm sorry, but carrying a load gun is a BIG DEAL. Is it too much that those who feel inclined to do so look up the laws and also get themselves trained in how to use it (I'm guessing he didn't know how since it went off on him).
