I'm going to the neighbors house with some Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. And per Terry Bradshaw and millions of others the Saints are America's Team so why would I hate America's Team? I think Dallas could make a legitimate claim that they are northeast Texas Team. The girls never were America's team. They gave themselves the title and that's pretty pathetic.

The Dallas Cowboys did not give themselves that nickname. It was the Bob Ryan for NFL films where the narrator needed an opening for the Cowboys 1978 highlight film. Also the first game of the 1979 season a CBS announcer introduced them as "America's team".

So in conclusion they didn't give themselves that nickname and where they got the nickname was very much the same way Bradshaw referred to the Saints as "America's team".

chop up the chicken and sausage, sautee some onions, celery and bell peppers, maybe a lil chicken broth and salsa, maybe not, season to taste, always a bottle of hot sauce on the side. Chuck some rice in a bowl, ladle it up and there ya have it. And you should have a taste of my Turkey and Navy Bean Chili.

New Orleans hosts the Super Bowl in 2013. Drew Brees will be Peyton Manning's age that year. What are the odds??? I don't think the Saints are gonna get worse in the next couple of years.

Saturday, might be able to find a party or two. But finding a party in New Orleans is never a problem. There will be a parade next Tuesday night win or lose. Last Sunday afternoon thousands of men wearing dresses marched through town in remembrance of a former sportscaster who said if the Saints ever made it to the Super Bowl he'd wear a dress. Its estimated 80,000 were watching along the route. Once again, finding a man wearing a dress in New Orleans ain't hard. THEN. When the Super Bowl Hoopla is over the city gets into Mardi Gras Mode which is February 16. This will be a great month for restaurants, bars and hotels.
