Deion Sanders/Making a Difference

Former North Fort Myers High School football star Noel Devine was interviewed by The News-Press on Wednesday night.

It was his first, extended, sit-down interview to talk about last week’s announcement that he would be transferring from North Fort Myers High School to Prosper (Tex.) High, about an hour north of Dallas, where he will live with Baltimore Ravens cornerback and North High graduate Deion Sanders.

On Wednesday, prior to an hour-long workout, Devine, 17, talked about the impending move, about the reasons for it and about how he hopes his friends and former North Fort Myers teammates will not be mad at him for leaving.
