Very slow time on a fast track. I'm very underwhelmed. If Animal Kingdom wins another TC race I'd be shocked.

| 3. Man. I enjoyed it. Of course my nag is bound for the glue factory. |

My buddy at the Sports Column in IC put a sizable bet on Animal Kingdom last night. Wouldn't say how much. He bought us a couple rounds. Couldn't erase his smile even if you told him that Tressel was an honest, good man.

I had the time of my life in that infield. Had never been to a party that big. Louisville took very good care of us urchins.

I was so almost out of the fucking Army, like 4 days and a duffel bag drag. It was a wicked place. You could sneak stuff in easier. Con, didn't you mention that in an earlier post? My favorite was the Smirnoff watermelon. The secret place now is Keeneland on Derby Day. The whole grandstand and paddock open as well as the betting windows. If the weather is right it is a great place to Derby down. The traffic in Louisville is still gridlocked. I would probably only go to Louisville now if I had a box. I do not think I could survive the Infield now. I am ready for College Football.

I encourage all here who haven't had the chance. Especially you youngsters. To take it all in at the Twin Spires. I feel blessed for having seen two of them. era. I've got the College World Series in Omaha. Let's not rush things.

Another horrible turn of events when you consider he's only run 4 times and never on dirt. So the conservative trainers have more reason to stay in the barn.
I won a couple of matchup wagers on Nehro. He was my pick but he looks like the type who invents ways to run second.
Shame about Archarcharch. I thought he had a big chance in the Preakness.
