That was pure self-preservation by Farve (and very smart.) He realized that he had no shot to get to either the endzone or the sideline without getting absolutely hammered by 3 guys.

If he doesn't get rid of that ball, he wouldn't be playing in the second half and he might be unconscious.

It's been an interesting game. Kudos to the much maligned Vikings for coming out with intensity.

The Pack can win this, but they cannot have a single turnover in the second half.

You seem to be confused with the arrested development and eternal adolescence of a super power leader and a sports figure.
There is quite the difference of expectations that each of us hold for these two figures. One whether we like it or not is the pResident and one is just and entertainer. All anybody else said about it has been what's fact. It was stupid, and it showed him to be stuck in eternal adolescence. Simple as that. Then his defenders go through the roof, trying to paint it all as so much more, bashing announcers for filling the dead space on the air, which is what they always do and is what they're paid to do.
