3 Asian Teams book their trip to World Cup 2010

Japan was the first of the three to qualify with a 1-0 win against Uzbekistan. The Uzbekis played strong soccer but were overmatched by the stronger Japanese side.
Australia needed only 1 point and that's what they got 1 point with a tie. The Qatar keeper had a great game.
Korea became the third team to qualify with a 2-0 win over the U.A.E. in a gamed that over within 5 minutes when Korea went up 1-0.

The DPK (North Korea) could have taken a huge step towards qualifying if they had beaten Iran, but had to settle for a tie. The game was fairly lackluster. Iran played a better first half than the DPK did, but the DPK played better than Iran did in the 2nd half.

North Korea has one more point than Saudi Arabis right now, but they've played 1 more game than the Saudi's
