Kudos to the kick off of this year's AIDS/LifeCycle down the coast. Thanks for your commitment to AIDS care.

In light of the state's budget fiasco and possible cuts to AIDS programs that rely on state general funds, I want to make a suggestion. Share the wealth.

Ryan White Title I cities will always have a better funding base than the rest of California communities. This may be the time to help those who support the AIDS/LifeCycle event in the counties on the road between SF and LA.

10 years ago the Dept. of Health and Human Services suggested that Title I cities should look at sharing resources with neighboring Title II communities. This year would be a good time to consider it.
