This administration has done more to denigrate the gay community and bring out the right wing zealots who hate gays more than any known administration.

They want gays thought of as evil and perverted. The Rove GOP depended on it in 2004 to get out the fundies votes.

Now this. Fundies should be ashamed, the GOP should be ashamed. They said one thing but supported an administration who did the other.

She has ONE Mommy, who is an "out-of-wedlock" SLUT, ya see!!! And this strumpet is living with some woman in an "inappropriate and un-Republican" relationship, contrary to the teachings of our Lord, doncha know, and who, absent a specific power of attorney and consultation with medical personnel in advance, might not be permitted to accompany her "companion" when she gives birth to the child! Oh, and that woman ain't on her health insurance, either! Married? They aren't married! Only those heathens who live in the People's Republic of Massachusetts can engage in THAT sort of "foolishness!"

I suppose I'd best drag this thing out :sarcasm: because if I don't, there's always someone who's irony-impaired and ready to holler!

But hey, that's the GOP way!

I do find this whole matter rather interesting, simply because of the players involved and the level of hypocrisy of both the pregnant Mary, with her shameless shilling for Coors, and her parents. I certainly hope the media covers this ad nauseum! It'll probably do some good in supressing the bigoted GOP vote in upcoming years....

that the media would see the glaring absurdity of this administration doing its best to destroy gay and lesbian families and then having its Vice Presidents daughter creating one.
