However they consume a LOT less of the current fad "demon" here in the States - HFCS. Most of the sweetener in the Australian diet is old fashioned sugar.

who purposefully fill our foods with HFCS so that they can later sell us medication for it - it's all just a big conspiracy. :sarcasm:

It was a light bulb moment for me when I realized that limiting my caloric intake (especially fast food and anything pre-prepared, frozen, or canned) and exercising regularly might help. And it worked.
