This is likely an ignorant question, is there any effect between the frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum and heavy metals? ex. mercury? lead? I may be wording this improperly, hopefully someone more educated on this will understand to what I am referring.
Do heavy metals have any influence on the effects of VLF's or ELF's? or vice versa? If so, would this also have an influence on HAARP'S ability to affect and alter moods based on the amount of heavy metal contained in a persons physiological chemistry that has been altered by such?
Just wondering.
Also, regarding the last bits of wild weather,(flooding in Cal., frozen South) have they been playing the HAARP?? How do I find out when they do?
