32. When in Austin, TX, visit Bouldin Creek Coffee House:

Tiny kitchen turns out some good, affordable (and plentiful) veggie dishes. They seem pretty tolerant of omnivores (including myself). I recommend the Summer Sandwich (smoked tofu, cukes, lotsa tomatoes, carrot shards, etc. on a locally-baked toasted (and heavy) bun. Also serves local home brews; oh, and coffee.
